Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Zellerhaus, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Fix My Appliance Phoenix (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects and uses information when you visit fixmyappliancephoenix.com (the “Site”) or call a phone number listed on it.

1. Information we collect

When you call. We and our call-routing providers receive your phone number, the time and duration of the call, the number you dialed, and, where permitted by law, a recording of the call. During the call you may choose to share details such as your name, address or cross streets, and a description of your appliance problem.

When you browse. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions such as tapping a call button. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information through the Site, and the Site has no forms or user accounts.

2. How we use it

We use call information to route your call to an independent appliance repair company that serves your area, to measure whether connections happen, and to operate and improve the referral service. We use analytics data to understand how the Site is used and which pages lead to calls.

3. How information is shared

The purpose of this service is to connect you with an independent repair company, so when you call, your phone number and what you describe are shared with the company that takes your call. We also share information with the service providers that make the Site work: call-routing and call-tracking platforms, lead networks that match calls to local companies, analytics providers, and website hosting. These providers process information to deliver their services. We do not share your information with third parties for their own unrelated marketing.

4. Call recording

Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and routing. If you do not wish to be recorded, say so at the start of the call or end the call.

5. Cookies and analytics choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can use Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or enable any cookie controls your browser offers. The Site works without cookies; they are used for measurement, not for access.

6. Retention

We keep call records and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or similar state laws. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8. Children

The Site is directed at adults arranging appliance repair and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
